Bra Straps are a fashion accessory. As such they are not designed to provide support. These straps should only be worn with bras which provide sufficient support without straps. By extension Bra Straps Worldwide will not provide refunds in these cases. This excludes items in the "Modern Victorian" range, which provides support.

Shipping:
All items are sent via Australia Post - by extension parcels sent cannot be tracked. However should you desire parcels to be sent via express post, registered post, platinum express or via an external courier, please contact Bra Straps Worldwide.

Bra Straps Worldwide take reasonable steps to ensure that all items shipped are packed and addressed to meet Australia Post standards.

Returns:

Bra Straps Worldwide will accept returned products where:

1The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality, or

2 The product is not fit for the purpose, or

3 The product does not match the sample, picture or description.

In most cases, Bra Straps Worldwide will also gladly accept a returned product within 14 days of purchase where you have changes your mind, provided the product is in as new condition. A replacement product of your choice will be sent up to the value of the original.
